Electric vehicle prices are dropping fast, and the brand-new 2026 Leapmotor B03X aims to lead the sub-€25,000 urban SUV segment. Developed in partnership with Stellantis, this compact B-segment crossover comes packed with surprisingly high-end standard features, including a 14.6-inch infotainment screen, standard heat pump, and fast charging capability.

In this first impressions drive, we get behind the wheel of the Leapmotor B03X. We test the practical interior space, 405-liter boot capacity (with GigaBox storage), dynamic performance, and discuss both battery options: the 39.8 kWh Pro (292 km WLTP) and the 53 kWh ProMax (382 km WLTP).
