Toyota Part #87138-60280 - Over the past several months I had been experiencing a intermittent a/c fan speed issue where the fan would not blow. It only occurred when it was hot, and not all the time/every day. With a little research, this seemed like the culprit. I guess only time will answer the question as to whether this actually fixed the problem. I did notice that the fan did blow stronger after replacement. I paid $34.10 for this part through Amazon
