This Car Can Drift By Itself | BYD Denza Z

BYD's Denza Z hit Goodwood, and our presenter Chloe put it through its paces.

Three body styles, three motors, 1,600+ horsepower, and a €150k–€200k price tag that undercuts most hypercars. It comes fully specced (you pick the colour, interior, callipers, and wheels), plus an AI voice assistant powered by Google Gemini.

On track, Chloe took the racing version out with an instructor and found it brutally fast — it can even drift itself. It'll also pull off tight automated turns despite being over 5 metres long, and it can park itself via phone app — Chloe watched it slot next to a concrete pillar with no one behind the wheel.
