2026 Toyota C-HR: Now an EV But Cooler, Faster, & More Fun | MotorWeek First Drive

The Toyota C-HR arrived on U.S. shores back in 2017, initially as leftovers from the defunct Scion brand but eventually filling the subcompact utility void in Toyota’s lineup. We liked the little urban commuter at the time and it stuck around in North America until 2022, before being replaced by the Corolla Cross.

But for 2026, the C-HR returns. This time as a battery electric vehicle and the entry into Toyota EVs lineup.
