NEW Audi Q6 e-tron offroad concept - Test on Snow

Audi has unveiled the Q6 e-tron offroad concept, a groundbreaking all-electric prototype designed to redefine off-road capability. This high-performance EV, based on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE), boasts an impressive 380 kW dual-motor setup and cutting-edge portal axles, allowing it to climb 100% gradients with ease. The wider track (+250 mm) and increased ride height (+160 mm) enhance its aggressive stance, making it a visually striking and highly functional off-road machine. Audi CEO Gernot Döllner describes it as a “highly emotive reinterpretation of quattro”, showcasing Audi’s commitment to innovation in the electric vehicle segment. The Q6 e-tron offroad concept is set to demonstrate its extreme capabilities at the F.A.T. Ice Race on February 1, 2025.

Built on the Q6 e-tron production model, the Q6 e-tron offroad concept sets a new standard for electric off-roading. Its revolutionary portal axles deliver 50% more torque at the wheels, pushing combined torque up to 13,400 Nm (9,883 lb-ft). Though its top speed is limited to 175 km/h (108 mph), this trade-off ensures superior climbing performance on steep terrains.
