Hey guys so as some of you know I’ve wanted an Aston Martin Vanquish for a solid three years. The 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish has just about depreciated now in value, and for around $120-$130k you get a ton of bespoke hand-built glory.
So I went looking for my perfect spec Aston Martin Vanquish. After a few months, and one deal that fell through, I picked this Storm Black on Pepper Red/Obsidian 2014 Aston Martin. This video is my Aston Martin Vanquish review and thoughts having had it now for a week.
I really love the 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish. I think the ZF 6 speed transition on the Aston Martin Vanquish works well. Sure the 6 speed is not as good as a Ferrari F12, but it shifts so smooth and it’s bulletproof.
The sound the V12 makes on the Aston Martin Vanquish is the best part of this vehicle. The 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish V12 powerplant makes 575 horses and gets around 15 MPG. The V12 engine is hand-built, as is the entire car.
The 2014 Aston Martin suspension is on point too. Truly the Vanquish suspension is subtle, but at the same time very “ride on rails” sporty. The One 77 steering wheel is comfortable and just makes the Aston Martin Vanquish feel like something special in your arms.
This 2014 Aston Martin Vanquish review discusses this car's spec sheet which had an MSRP of $327k. So one of the highest optioned Aston Martin Vanquish anywhere out there. We also discuss the value proposition considering these vehicles are going for only 30-40% of their original MSRP.
